this is just a quick one. A building i only just discovered strangely, since its in such a prominent postion. A realy nice, restrained art deco gem, really geometrical facade. just very nice. lettering and the window reveals are all bang on target. great.

quite lovely in its restraint.
it will be interesting to see what happens to that block with the new performing arts centre construction.
