These are 2 houses, in Queen st Claremont, Designed by Robin Kornweibel. They are amazing. I believe they were built in the early 80s, maybe 83, as a development, and one is called the Lifeboat, the one on the right I think. Great mix of large areas of bagged white brickwork, sharp and dramatic roof scapes and bold geometry. They create a stark, visually confronting landscape. It is a challenging and quite brutal architecture, but I think these( and similiar projects by others in the same style) are some of the most important, and significantly, un documented architecture in the state.
