It is very similiar in style to his house in Caxton Rd Claremont, which leads me to believe he is the author.  I would say it was done roughly at the same time, late 80s to early 90s. I love the blue colouring, the bold brick arches and window reveals, and the trinagular motif . Totally bold, angular and confronting post modernism. Also through the stairwell up the side is like a revelation of a grecian paradise. With the orange and yellow/white washed walls, terracotta steps and inverted trinagular pergola. Amazing.
